For Parents

Please download our Parent Information Handbook for detailed information about the school structures, programs and operations.

Emergency Procedures

The school has procedures in place to manage emergency situations. These include ways to evacuate all of the people in the school to a safe place outside, or to lock everyone in the school inside buildings.

These procedures use two electronic warning signals, a school broadcast system and the school intercom system.

The school also has battery powered speakers, sirens and battery powered two way radios.

These procedures would be used in response to emergencies that could include fire, gas leaks, bomb threats, intruders, etc

The children and staff practice these Invacuation (lock in) or Evacuation ( get out)  drills regularly so that in a real emergency everyone knows what to do.

For more information about the school emergency procedures see the attached documents.
